We want you to love your Lionfish jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Eligible items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from damage, scratches, or alterations
Process
- In-Person Markets: Bring item to any market where we're vending
- Online Purchases: Email lionfishjewelryco@gmail.com with order number and photos
- Refunds: Issued in original payment method within 7 business days
- Exchanges: Available for any item of equal or greater value
Exclusions
- Custom or personalized orders (final sale)
- Items purchased at discount/clearance (final sale unless defective)
- Items damaged due to customer wear or misuse
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective jewelry, contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no charge.
