Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Because every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, we take care to pack each order properly before it goes out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Method and Rates

We ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We do not mark up shipping costs.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 6 to 12 business days.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use that number at usps.com to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lionfish Jewelry Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at lionfishjewelryco@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at lionfishjewelryco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no charge.

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup through our online store. If you are in the Milwaukee, Kenosha, or Racine area, you are welcome to find us at one of our local farmers or craft markets. Visit our Instagram at @lionfishjewelryco for our current market schedule.
