About Us
Lionfish Jewelry Company LLC is a Wisconsin-based handcrafted jewelry business. All pieces are one of a kind, wire-wrapped by hand using natural sea glass sourced from the shores of Lake Michigan. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Product Descriptions
Because every piece is handcrafted from natural sea glass, minor variations in glass color, shape, and wire wrapping are inherent to the product and are not considered defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but natural color variation may exist between your screen and the physical item.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Lionfish Jewelry Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on unworn items in original condition with proof of purchase. Custom or personalized orders and discounted items are final sale. Items damaged due to customer wear or misuse are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, email lionfishjewelryco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

All content on this site, including product photos, descriptions, the Lionfish Jewelry Company name, and logo, is the property of Lionfish Jewelry Company LLC. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Lionfish Jewelry Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Racine County, Wisconsin.
